These plans were created for our club members to use to prepare for the Sprint and/or Olympic Triathlon Distance. Please keep these plans to club members only.

Intensity of workout’s

The intensity of workout prescription will be quantified using a Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale (RPE) of 1 – 10.
