Weekly Training Schedule

Below is a weekly training schedule of our Spring and Summer workouts and activities, included with a Southeast Storm Triathlon Club Membership. SES also offers Special Programs and Workshops for club members. Some restrictions may apply.

2019/2020 Winter Workouts

Winter workouts include Monday and Wednesday night Indoor Group Spin and Monday night Swims. Both are held at Université de Moncton and all facilities fees are included.

Monday and Wednesday Night Indoor Group Spin

Wednesday Night Swims

  • Start Date: Monday, October 21, 2019 to Monday, April 27, 2020
  • Time: 8:00 to 9:00pm
  • Location: Université de Moncton, CEPS Pool

2020 Spring and Summer Workouts

Spring workouts begin mid-April. Summer workouts begin in June and are held at the Silver Lake, Sackville or Aboiteau Beach (Plage de l'Aboiteau), Cap-Pele. Watch our events calendar and Facebook for Sessions and Updates.
