What is the best part about competing?
The best part about competing for me is the mental and physical health
benefits… just to know I made it to another start line means that I’m putting in the
work to give that particular race a go and that becomes something to build upon

My two kids

competing?
Any Dave Matthews Band Song

What is your favorite Triathlon race distance?
Not fast enough for the shorter distances so I would say the Full Ironman
Distance… feels like I’ve accomplished something even if I’m slow

What is your favorite race?
Likely all of them really… each one is challenging in their own way
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of sport of triathlon?
Golf and hockey mostly but love to walk with my dog Tess and go to as many
concerts as possible

What is your must-have training accessory?
I’m the gadget guy for sure … don’t think there’s and accessory I don’t have.
