The IRON and HALF IRON Distance training plans are all modified for the specified race dates of common events that our members often compete in. If you have a race date that you are training for and would like the training plan included on our site please let us know.

We have also included a new Sprint Distance training plan for those looking to get ready for their first sprint triathlon or those looking for a structured training plan for that distance. This training plan is not for any specific race date, but is based on weeks leading up to your race.

    Description:SES Group Ride – Week 4. Come out and meet some awesome SES members and ride your bike!

    We will be leaving at 8am sharp from the parking lot at Pizza Delight in Riverview.

    Route will go out Coverdale Rd. into Salisbury and head back on Salisbury Rd. (Approximately 40km)

    Pace will be ~25km/hr. This is a NO DROP ride. No one gets left behind. All SES members are welcome to ride.

    Hoep to see you Saturday.

    These rides will not be rides for getting those Strava KOM’s. The pace will be posted in advance and we may have a couple of groups. We will be following group ride etiquette and will help people who aren’t used to riding in a group. There will be no drafting in aero position. If you are on your TT/Tri bike you will be expected to be out or aero bars when drafting. You can go aero if on the front or on the back with Race Drafting Distance in front of you at all times.

    Since this will be a club sanctioned ride you will be required to be a club member or hold a Velo NB valid card. Please have your membership card with you in case asked to verify membership.

    Description:Join us for another addition of the CLUB SOCIAL. This time we will include a Q&A about some upcoming races. We have members in house who can answer questions about IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant & Rev3 St. Andrew’s.

    We can also answer questions about the local races or races in general. Write down your questions and bring them along.

    Description:SES Group Ride – Week 5. Come out and meet some awesome SES members and ride your bike!

    We will be leaving at 8am sharp from the parking lot on the corner of Melanson Rd. & Amirault Rd in Dieppe and will head south along Amirault Rd. turning onto Dover Rd. and will follow route 925 through to Memramcook and then back on route 106.

    Pace will be ~25km – This is a NO DROP ride. No one gets left behind. Everyone is welcome to come out and ride. We will look at forming two groups if needed.

    ** After the the ride I will be heading to Sackville for an open water swim if anyone is interested in joining.
